There was further success for Springhill Care Group, which operates Birch Green along with Springhill Care Home in Accrington and Affinity Supporting People, also in Accrington.
Affinity Supporting People won three awards, including the Care Employer Award, with Andy Grayston taking the Care Newcomer Award and Leah Whelan scooping the Front Line Leader Award.
The Outstanding Contribution to Social Care Award went to Kath Parkinson, director of quality and compliance for the group.
Ken Nolan, chairman of Springhill Care Group, said: "I'm incredibly proud of our staff and winning so many awards across different parts of our organisation is fantastic recognition. The competition is tough and seeks to recognise and celebrate the very best in care and support in our region.
“I’d like to thank each and every one of our staff for their continued support and commitment to the service we provide for people who use our services.”
Held in Manchester, the awards are one of the care sector’s top events, showcasing the best work in the industry, with winners from regional competitions going on to a national final.
